Is BabyGrow Accurate?

BabyGrow uses data obtained directly from the CDC and WHO to calculate percentiles for measurements. We use an exhaustive test suite which ensures the percentiles BabyGrow calculates match those calculated by software provided by the CDC and WHO.

Apps for Parents, By Parents

I began working on BabyGrow while my wife was pregnant with our first son. Since then, I've used the app myself to keep track of the growth of my own children. Because I am familiar with every facet of the app, not only as a developer but also as a user and a parent, I am able to identify what about the app works well, and what doesn't. I strive to use that knowledge to improve BabyGrow, to make it the best app of its kind.

BabyGrow is an app for parents, developed by parents. I do the design and development, and my wife provides feedback, support, and ideas.

If you do not have iPhone OS 3.0 or above, please do not install this update. BabyGrow 1.4.1, which fixes this issue, has been submitted to Apple and should be available soon. If you have already installed BabyGrow 1.4, you will unfortunately be unable to use it until 1.4.1 is released. Your data is safe, however, and will still be there when the 1.4.1 upgrade becomes available. I apologize for this inconvenience.
